The SBI Clerk Recruitment notification for 2021 is out. The applications for the post of Junior Associates (Customer Support & Sales) post are accepted in online mode only. SBI clerk application online procedure is quite lengthy and involves a lot of steps. Candidates need to know the SBI Clerk Application process in detail

Step 1 - Click on the above given direct link to apply for the SBI Clerk Recruitment 2021. (link expired)

Step 2 - Register yourself first with the required details.

Step 3 - The Registration Id & Password will be sent to you on your email/mobile.

Step 4 - You should save the Registration ID & Password for referring in the future.

Step 5 - Now, fill the SBI Clerk Online application form.

Step 6 - Enter all the essential details and upload your recent passport size photograph and signature.

Step 7 - Complete the fee payment via Credit/Debit or Net Banking.

Step 8 - And finally, submit your online application form and take a printout of the same for future reference.

Step 9 - Alternatively, go to the SBI Official Website.

Step 10 - Then go to the Career tab which is present at the top right corner.

Step 11 - Click “Join SBI” → “Current Openings”.

SBI Clerk 2021 Application Fee

You will have to pay the application fee in order to successfully fill the application form for the SBI Clerk Recruitment 2021. Given below is the prescribed application fee for each category. The application fee as per the last year is mentioned below. We will be updating the application fee changes if any for the year 2021. 

  • SC/ST/PWD/XS – No Fee
  • Gen/OBC/EWS – Rs. 750/-

SBI Clerk Eligibility Criteria 2021 

The Eligibility criteria are one of the most important aspects of the recruitment process. Candidates who fail to satisfy the prescribed Eligibility criteria for the SBI Clerk post will not be eligible to apply. If candidates still choose to apply and are found not to be satisfying the required criteria, they might be debarred from the examination at any point of the examination. SBI Clerk has prescribed two aspects for determining the eligibility of candidates. They are the age limit and educational qualification.

The minimum age of the applicant should be 20 years and the maximum age should be 28 years as of 1st April 2021.

SBI Clerk Selection Process 2021

The SBI Clerk Examination will be held in three phases Prelims, Mains, and the Test of Local Language. 

  • The Preliminary exam is conducted for 100 marks with subjects of Reasoning, Numerical Ability, and English Language. 
  • The Mains Examination is conducted for 200 marks consists of subjects like General/Financial Awareness, English Language, Reasoning/Computer Aptitude and Numerical Ability. 
  • After completion of all three phases, SBI will declare the final cutoff based on the vacancy of that particular year.

The marks obtained in the Prelims exam will not be considered for creating the final selection list, only marks obtained in the mains examination will be considered. The final merit list will be published on the official website and all the successful candidates will be provided with the Appointment Letter. The SBI Clerk Selection process for the post of Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) is based on the three stages and they are as follows.
